Travel Unplugged
AAA - ACA
Post-production - Story Direction - Motion Design
What happens when you ask Gen-Z drivers to ditch their devices for 3 days to road trip across New England? That’s exactly what we wanted to find out. We challenged this trio to make it to Portland, Maine from their Connecticut hometown relying only on physical maps and their street smarts. The goal was to appeal to the newest generation of potential AAA members by empowering them to trust their instincts, unplug from the noise, and enjoy the ride.
GO ANALOG, BABY
MY ROLE
I served as lead Video Editor on this project, effectively cutting down nearly 30 hours of footage into 3 deliverables: one (1) long-form video (4:43 runtime), and two (2) :15 second teaser trailers adapted for social media. I was responsible for all aspects of post-production including video editing, sound design and final mix, color correction and grading, as well as VFX asks. I also created and oversaw the motion design systems that were used across all three videos to maintain a scalable, consistent, and cohesive feel across assets.

CUTDOWNS
In addition to the longer form hero spot, I also was responsible for delivering two (2) teaser trailers to support its release. These videos were versioned for social media platforms such as Instagram Stories and FB Reels.
